2. Use of the Service

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Use automated means to exceed the rate limits of the Service
• Resell or redistribute outputs of the Service without permission

3. Accounts and Subscriptions

Free accounts are limited to 50 cards per export and 5 generations per hour. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content are the property of immerse. You retain all rights to the files you upload. Anki decks generated by the Service are yours to use freely.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that translations or generated decks will be error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, immerse. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
